Day started with quite a bit of up and down in cold, grey weather before we got to Memmingen.
There the Föhn finally reached us and the rest of the day was sunny with a strong wind from the side.
In principle we knew, but it is different when you cycle it: all rivers and streams run from the Alps to the Danube here, so South to North. That means all valleys and therefore ridges run South – North – and we cycled West – East. Lots of ups and downs!
After Memmingen we went through a few nice places like Mindelheim
and Tuerkheim.
We also passed very close to the Skyline Park, that Alex wanted to go to this holiday.
All in all a tiring days cycling 🙂
